Dane is the Human Resources Director at West Branch Regional Medical Center in West Branch since 2010. Prior to joining West Branch Dane was the Head of Total Rewards at Allegiance Health (Jackson) for five years, Director of HR Design & Analysis and Compensation & Benefits at Borgess Health Alliance (Kalamazoo) for 10 years, and Director of Human Resources at Progressive Health Systems (Pekin, IL) for 10 years. 

Dane earned an MBA from Illinois State University (Normal, IL) and Bachelors degrees in Business Administration and Psychology from Stetson University (DeLand, FL). Turner is a Certified Compensation Professional and Certified Benefit Professional through WorldatWork. Dane’s pride and joy are his five children, Chicago Cubs and “Fighting Illini”. Dane has served on the MHHRA Board since 2007 and is the current President-Elect.
