Floyd is the Vice President of Human Resources at McLaren-Greater Lansing in Lansing, MI. Prior to joining McLaren-Greater Lansing, Floyd was the Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Operations at Mercy Regional Health Center in Manhattan, Kansas (Via Christi Health System), Senior Director of HR at Sweetser in Maine, and served in numerous HR capacities at Ingham Regional Medical Center, including Generalist and Director.

Floyd earned a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University, and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Floyd is a member of SHRM and sits as a Board Member and Treasurer of the Lansing Area Parents Respite Center.
