I am the Director of Human Resources for Carson City Hospital, a 77 bed acute care Hospital located in Carson City. I have been with Carson City Hospital since January of 2002 as the Director and was previously employed with another area Hospital as the Compensation/Benefits Coordinator prior to this post. As the Director, I am responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including benefits, compensation, strategic planning, employee relations as well as many other issues involving Human Resources and its function. I am most interested in the area of benefits and would consider that my expertise.

I have been a member of MHHRA since 2002? And a Board member since 2003?. Being a member and Board member of MHHRA has been invaluable. It has provided me with excellent opportunities to network with other HR professionals to discuss unique situations that arise in the Healthcare industry. It also provides excellent educational opportunities with ongoing and hot topic conferences and seminars important to HR professionals. One of my favorite activities as an MHHRA member is participation in the Annual Golf Outing. It’s a ton of fun and provides an excellent opportunity to get to know other members socially.

I have been married to my husband, Clint for 8 years and we have three beautiful children. Our family loves the outdoors and spends lots of time at our cottage on Littlefield Lake water skiing, camping, and enjoying our hunting property.
