Mike received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in human resource management, and his Masters Degree from Central Michigan University. He has over 25 years experience in human resource management. Mike has served as Director of Human Resources for Memorial Medical Center of West Michigan, Vice President of Human Resources at MidMichigan Medical Center and is currently Corporate Director of Human Resources for Nexcare Health Systems. Mike has served on the board of MHHRA for ten years and has served as board president. Mike is also a SHRM member and has served on the board and as president of the Valley Society for Human Resource Management.
