MHHRA Officers - Neil Mac Vicar

Neil Mac Vicar is vice president of the MHA Unemployment Compensation Program offered by the Michigan Health & Hospital Association [Lansing]. The MHASC Unemployment Compensation Program currently represents over 260 employers throughout Michigan, Indiana and Ohio in all aspects of unemployment compensation claims. Neil has represented employers in unemployment compensation law for over 22 years. He is also on the board of directors for the Michigan Employers’ Unemployment Compensation Council. Neil also serves as “parent participant” on the Michigan Department of Community Health’s Newborn Screening Work Group and is a member of the Michigan BioTrust Community Values Advisory Board. 

Neil received his undergraduate degree from Miami University (Ohio) and his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. He lives in Holt, Michigan.
